How to Sync Project and Task Deadlines to Your Calendar

You can easily export your project and task due dates to your preferred external calendar app (like Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar) by subscribing to your account's calendar feed.

Steps to get your calendar feed URL:

  1. Open Account Settings: Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Manage account from the dropdown menu.

  2. Access the Calendar Feed: In the Account settings window that appears, click on Calendar Feed in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Copy the URL: Locate your unique Feed URL and click the Copy button next to it. You will see a checkmark and the word "Copied" appear briefly to confirm.

  4. Subscribe in Your App: Open your preferred calendar application and use its "Add calendar from URL" or "Subscribe" feature to paste the link you just copied.

Once you have copied the feed URL, follow these steps based on your calendar provider.

How to subscribe to your calendar feed in Outlook

In your Outlook calendar, click Add calendar in the left sidebar, then select Subscribe from web. Paste your calendar feed URL, enter a name for the calendar, and click Import.

How to subscribe to your calendar feed in Google Calendar

In your Google Calendar, click the "+" icon next to Other calendars in the left sidebar, then select From URL. Paste your calendar feed URL into the provided field and click Add calendar.
