Goal: using Trampoline for the first time
You have just been invited by a team admin. Or you have received a link saying that you were assigned to a card.
Locate the icon located in the top right corner. Click on it and “Update profile” by adding your picture and putting your full name. This makes the experience better for everyone in your team.
Open the AI assistant by doing CMD+K (MacOS) or CTRL+K (Windows) - or clicking in the top right button in the black filter bar.
In the assistant, try something - write “Show me only my cards"
Click on a card to open it.

Open the related page in the source document by clicking the label below the title. (Most likely ending with a .pdf)
Click on the blue button “Answer with AI”.
The AI will look into the RFP and into past boards and proposals.
The AI will think through an answer based on the information it has access to.
The AI will display, in a card, the suggested answer.
You can chat with the AI to nudge its answer and make it better.
You can click on the green top-right button to “Accept the answer"
The AI will insert the suggested answer in the card
Accept it (or reject it in the case of an error)
Correct the answer or complement it with new or additional information.
When satisfied, mark the question as “Completed” - this will commit the answer to Trampoline’s memory.
Otherwise, mark the question as “Need review” and select someone to assign the card to.
Congratulations, you have contributed to your first card. Each contribution marked as “Completed” are commited to Trampoline’s knowledge base for further use, making it easier each time.
